That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
2. Local storage exempt from consent
The site stores a single value in your browser's local storage, "vg-theme", holding the theme you picked: light or dark. It is there so your choice survives until your next visit.
It identifies nobody, is tied to no other data, and never leaves your browser — it is never sent to veiga.dev or to anyone else.
Because it acts on a choice you make yourself within the site, it is storage exempt from prior consent under article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.
